肌敏雷達 — 隱私權政策

概述
肌敏雷達（Skinllergic Cam，下稱「本 App」）尊重您的隱私。本政策說明本 App 如何蒐集、使用、傳輸與儲存您的資料。
1. 我們蒐集的資料
- 您建立的過敏原清單、家庭成員資料、掃描紀錄、儲存的產品
- 您拍攝或選取的成分標籤照片
- OCR 辨識結果與成分比對結果
本 App 不會要求您建立帳號，亦不蒐集您的姓名、Email 或電話。
2. 資料儲存位置
- 本機：iPhone 內建儲存空間
- iCloud（CloudKit）：使用您自己的 iCloud 帳號，由 Apple 機房保管。本 App 開發者無權直接存取您的 iCloud 內容。
3. 不蒐集 / 不傳輸的資料
- 本 App 不經營任何使用者帳號伺服器
- 本 App 不使用任何分析 SDK、廣告 SDK 或追蹤工具
- 不蒐集裝置 ID、IDFA、定位、聯絡人、Email
- 不向任何第三方分享資料
4. 人工智慧（AI）處理
- 成分解釋由 Apple Intelligence「裝置端模型」處理，文字不會離開您的 iPhone，也不會傳至 Apple 伺服器或本 App 開發者
- OCR（光學文字辨識）由 Apple Vision Framework 在本機執行
5. 第三方服務
- Apple iCloud / CloudKit：您自己的 iCloud 儲存
- Supabase（僅限一次性遷移）：v1.0 升級至 v2.0 時，本 App 會一次性從 Supabase 雲端讀取您先前儲存的資料，寫入裝置與您的 iCloud。遷移完成後，本 App 不再與 Supabase 通訊。v2.0 之後新建的所有資料皆不會傳至 Supabase。
6. 您的權利
- 存取與下載：透過 App 內掃描報告匯出功能取得您的資料
- 刪除：刪除 App 即可清除裝置上所有資料；如需同時清除 iCloud 上的同步資料，請至「設定 → Apple ID → iCloud → 管理帳號儲存空間 → 肌敏雷達 → 刪除資料」
7. 資料保留
本機與 iCloud 中的資料由您自己掌控，在您刪除 App 或於 iCloud 設定中清除前持續保留。
8. 兒童隱私
本 App 不主動針對 13 歲以下兒童設計，亦不蒐集兒童個人資料。
9. 安全措施
本 App 與 Apple iCloud 之間的同步由 Apple 提供的 CloudKit 框架負責，採用 Apple 標準的加密與身份驗證。
10. 政策更新
若本政策有所變更，將更新本頁內容與生效日期，重大變更會在 App 內告知。

Skinllergic Cam — Privacy Policy

Overview
Skinllergic Cam (the "App") respects your privacy. This policy explains how the App collects, uses, transmits, and stores your data.
1. Data We Collect
- Allergen lists, family members, scan history, and saved products that you create
- Ingredient label photos that you capture or select
- OCR recognition results and ingredient match results
The App does not require account creation and does not collect your name, email, or phone number.
2. Where Your Data Is Stored
- On-device: iPhone local storage
- iCloud (CloudKit): Stored in your own iCloud account, hosted by Apple. The App developer has no direct access to your iCloud contents.
3. Data We Do NOT Collect / Transmit
- The App does not operate any user account server
- The App does not use any analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or tracking tools
- The App does not collect device ID, IDFA, location, contacts, or email
- The App does not share data with any third party
4. AI Processing
- Ingredient explanations are generated by Apple Intelligence's on-device model. The text never leaves your iPhone — it is not sent to Apple servers or to the App developer.
- OCR (optical character recognition) is performed locally by Apple's Vision framework.
5. Third-Party Services
- Apple iCloud / CloudKit: Storage in your own iCloud
- Supabase (one-time migration only): When upgrading from v1.0 to v2.0, the App performs a one-time read of your previously stored data from Supabase and writes it to your device and iCloud. After migration completes, the App no longer communicates with Supabase. No data created in v2.0 or later is sent to Supabase.
6. Your Rights
- Access and Export: Use the in-app scan report export to obtain your data
- Deletion: Deleting the App removes all data on your device. To also clear synced data in iCloud, go to "Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → Skinllergic Cam → Delete Data".
7. Data Retention
Data in your device and iCloud is under your control and is retained until you uninstall the App or clear it via iCloud settings.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Security
Sync between the App and Apple iCloud is handled by Apple's CloudKit framework, which uses Apple's standard encryption and authentication.
10. Policy Updates
If this policy changes, we will update the content and effective date on this page. Material changes will be announced in the App.
